At Everyone Active, we’re committed to creating inclusive and welcoming spaces for all. Our women-only sessions provide a supportive environment for women to enjoy exercise. Whether you’re looking to swim, learn a sport, take part in a group workout, or use the gym, these sessions give you a fantastic opportunity to focus on your health and wellbeing in a way that suits you. With dedicated times and facilities designed to promote confidence and community, our women-only sessions help you stay motivated, feel confident and empowered whilst moving more.
We provide a variety of Women-Only Sessions:

- Gym Facilities: Some of our centres feature fully enclosed women-only gyms, equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment suitable for all abilities. These spaces ensure privacy and comfort, allowing women to exercise confidently.
- Gym Sessions: Certain centres also host women-only gym sessions, where the standard, unisex gym – with all the fantastic, state-of-the-art fitness equipment you’d expect from an Everyone Active gym is open to women only, allowing them to exercise freely and with confidence.
- Climbing: For those interested in climbing, we offer women-only sessions at certain locations. These sessions provide a supportive environment for women to learn and enjoy climbing activities.
- Group Exercise Classes: Selected sites all over the country also offer a range of women-only group exercise classes. These include Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Body Conditioning, African Dance, Group Cycling, Dance Fitness, Circuit classes, as well as Legs, Bums and Tums.
- Activities: If you prefer to stay active while engaging in a sport with friends, family or like-minded individuals, then our women-only activities could well be for you. There are an enormous variety to choose from, too. These include badminton, golf, football, Futsal, racketball, tennis, squash, Back to Netball, table tennis and even senior women’s table tennis. Additionally, women-only running clubs operate out of specific centres.
Within our leisure centres we host community cafes and specific menopause cafés where women can share and support each other through the menopause.
We have also recently partnered with The Well HQ to train our teams to support and coach women to exercise safely considering the changes women’s bodies take during puberty, pre and post- natal, as well as during the menopause. The training covers the menstrual cycle and performance, menopause and stress, pre/post-natal, breasts and bras and pelvic health to help support and increase understanding around the life stages for women and how our bodies react to these changes in relation to physical activity and movement.
