Everyone Active offers various volunteering opportunities, including peer-to-peer support, leading community sessions, and supporting community activities, all aimed at promoting health and wellbeing.
Here’s a breakdown of the volunteering opportunities and what Everyone Active does:
Everyone Active’s mission is to get everyone active and improve the health and wellbeing of communities. We aim to encourage people to participate in 30 minutes of moderate physical activity, five times a week. We focus on inclusive activities, targeting inactive groups like children, women, people with disabilities, and those with long-term health conditions.
