Key Dates
Group Cycling Studio
Closed 4th – 16th November: Studio will be closed for refurbishment and there will be no Group Cycle classes during this time. The new look Group Cycle Studio will reopen on Saturday 16th November with brand new Keiser Bikes.

Studio 1
11th – 17th November: Work on Studio 1 begins with a condensed Group Exercise programme in place.

What happens to my membership whilst the gym is closed?
Gym Closed 9th – 21st December
Members can continue to swim and attend group exercise classes at …William Penn Leisure Centre for the duration of the refurbishment works.
During this time, members will also receive access to gyms, swimming pools and group exercise classes across all Everyone Active sites including South Oxhey Leisure Centre, Watford Leisure Centre – Central, Watford Woodside, Chilterns Lifestyle Centre & Chalfont Leisure Centre in the local area – plus an Everyone On Demand subscription, granting access to the widest range of fitness and wellness partners.
Centre Upgrades
As part of the refurbishment works, the group cycling studio, along with Studio 1 and Studio 2, will undergo a complete refurbishment. The gym will also be upgraded to enhance its layout, redecorate throughout, and be equipped with the latest state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
- Cardio equipment including recline/recumbent bikes, stair climbers, cross trainers, treadmills and rowers
- Resistance equipment including assisted dip & chin machine, cable machine, abdominal machine, abductor, adductor, prone leg curl and pec fly/rear delt machine
- Free weights including benches, dumbbells and lifting racks
- Plate loaded resistance machines including chest press, pulldown, shoulder press, leg press and hip thrust
- Unwind after your workout in our brand-new stretch area, complete with Theraguns!
