Join us for a week of FREE, inclusive activities designed to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered! From Monday 17th June to Sunday 23rd June, Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre will be hosting this exciting event in collaboration with This Girl Can.
This Girl Can is a fantastic campaign that encourages women to get active and enjoy sports in a supportive and welcoming environment.
What to expect:
- Female-only sessions designed to create a comfortable and encouraging space.
- Variety of activities to suit all fitness levels, including barbell conditioning, inclusive circuits & swimming.
