Everyone Active is committed to transforming the wellbeing of communities, and that includes making physical activity accessible to everyone.

We understand that some people may find it difficult to reach our leisure centres, or may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym setting. That’s why we offer Outreach Programmes in local facilities, right at the heart of your community.

What We Offer

Our Outreach Programmes provide a variety of fun, affordable and engaging activities for all ages and abilities. Activities are delivered in community spaces, delivered by suitably trained/qualified instructors or volunteers and include:

  • Seated Exercise: Perfect for those who need to stay active but may have mobility limitations.
  • GP Exercise Referral: Get doctor-recommended exercise programs led by qualified instructors.
  • Junior Play Sessions: Keep your little ones active and entertained with our supervised play sessions.
  • Community Cafés: A welcoming space to socialize and connect with others in your community.
  • And Much More! We offer a wide range of other activities depending on your location.
