Everyone Active is excited to announce its very first YOU+ Webinar, hosted by health and performance expert Oli Patrick. Taking place this Wednesday 5th February at 7pm, the live session will explore firstly exactly what we mean when we say ‘recovery’ and the crucial role it plays in achieving fitness goals, as well as how to optimise it for better overall wellbeing.

The YOU+ membership is designed to help individuals improve lifestyle management across six key pillars: sleep, recovery, nutrition, brain health, social wellness, and movement. This webinar is the first in a series aimed at educating members on how to enhance their health beyond just exercise and fitness.
Oli Patrick continued: “You+ recognises wellbeing is driven not by short term fixes and products, but by consistent adherence to the key behaviours that make us well. A key aspect to You+ is its holistic nature. We must recognise that movement and exercise form a part of wellbeing, but do not complete the picture.

Most of these areas have never been formally coached and individuals have been left to work out the key lifestyle choices, with no support, guidance or direction. You+ brings a new vehicle to discuss well-being with customers in a format driven by kindness and empathy, underpinned by robust clinical science.”
