About this Centre
Here at the Phoenix Centre, we’ve got everything you’ll need to help keep you and your family active. Our 60-station gym comes equipped with all the latest equipment, including a free weights area, a skill mill and much, much more.
We also offer a full programme of group fitness sessions designed to meet a wide range of needs and abilities. We also offer dance classes, while our spacious sports hall plays host to football, short tennis, badminton and table tennis sessions. Furthermore, we also have a soft play area for children.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service.

The Phoenix Centre Facilities
Gym
This 60-station gym has all you need for a great work out in a fantasticatmosphere. Our equipment includes power plates, a Smith machine, cable machine, a skill mill and a free weights area. Furthermore, our helpful colleagues are on hand to assist wherever possible.
Group Fitness Studio
This is a nice-sized, air conditioned studio that’s used for group fitness classes – perfect for those who want to get fit in a sociable atmosphere – but that is also available for private hire. Some of our bookings include international ballroom dancers and martial arts clubs.
Sports Hall
This large four badminton court hall is used for many activities, including our very popular Active Antz sessions every day, parties, basketball, football and futsal. The hall is also available for events such as competitions and fairs.
Everyone On Demand
WELLNESS, WHENEVER, WHEREVER with Everyone On Demand. Access to our hand-picked fitness and wellness partners. This gives you the freedom to participate in your favourite classes but also try some new ones as well. From fitness and personal training to mental wellbeing and prescribed exercise, there’s a service or session to support everyone, no matter how you feel, every day of the week.

If you are not ready for a membership, or do not use our centre on a regular basis then a “pay as you go” access may be better for you. Anyone can use our centre on a casual basis, all you need to do is register for an Everyone Active card. This will enable you to start booking classes & activities online or via the Everyone Active app.
