Following the gym upgrade at Hart Leisure Centre last year, Frogmore will be getting its own makeover ready for January 2025.
Over £350,000 of investment will see all current gym kit replaced with the latest models from Life Fitness & Hammer Strength, as well as some exciting new additions and a complete redecoration of the space. See below some CGI concepts of how the new-look gym will look:
In the addition to the gym refurbishment, we’ll also be upgrading our three studios with a new paint scheme and modern LED lighting.
Exciting improvements will include:
- State-of-the-art fitness equipment from Life Fitness & Hammer Strength
- Whole new look & feel to the gym creating a more inspiring workout environment
- Redecorated studios with new LED lighting

Timeline of works:
Studio 1
- Closed between Monday 11th November 08:00am – Wednesday 13th November 16:00pm
Studio 3
- Closed between Wednesday 13th November 12:00pm – Friday 15th November 20:00pm
Group Cycle Studio
- Closed between Monday 11th November 08:00am – Wednesday 13th November 20:00pm
Any classes normally scheduled to be in these studios within the above times, will either be moved to another studio or cancelled depending on availability. Please check the Everyone Active app for updated class schedules.
