These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Win a Zoggs Swim Bundle
- Open to residents of mainland GB (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 16+ only. Employees of Everyone Active (the ‘Promoter’), their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may only enter if they or their children are enrolled on and paying for Everyone Active swimming lessons during the Promotional Period.
- Everyone Active card required to join swimming lessons. To register for an Everyone Active card, visit your local Everyone Active centre and provide full name, home address, phone number and email address.

- Entry is for new swimming lesson customers only.
- Maximum of one entry per person enrolling on swimming lessons only. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. Verification may be required when booking swimming lessons or when registering for an Everyone Active card including providing proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly the customer’s showing date of birth).
- Promotional Period is open from 09.00 on 18 April 2025 until 23.59 on 30 April 2025. Everyone Active cardholders joining swimming lessons during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. Customers can opt-out of the Prize Draw by emailing [email protected].
- There are 3 Prizes available to be won in total. Each winner will win a Zoggs swim bundle containing the following items:

All clothing elements of each prize bundle will be provided in size medium.
- No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- The winners will be drawn by using a verifiably random computer-generated process within 7 days of the closing date of the Promotional Period from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
- The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the Promotional Period by both telephone call and email using the phone number and email address provided when registering for an Everyone Active card. If a winner does not claim within 14 days of being first contacted, rejects their prize or are ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months following the close of the Promotional Period after which the prize will be null and void if unclaimed. At the point of claiming their prize, winners will be asked to specify their preferred delivery address for the prize.
- Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of valid prize claim and the completion of the verification process directly to the address chosen by the prize winner. It is the responsibility of entrants to check their connections to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
- The winners may be asked if they are willing to take part in publicity in the form of photographs and interviews with local media and Everyone Active. These photos and footage will be used on Everyone Active’s social media channels, marketing materials and external media. A winner’s image may also be used in future marketing campaigns for Everyone Active. A full filming and photographic consent form will be provided to each winner advising what is required of them at the time of being awarded their prize if they consent to publicity.
- The Promoter will make available the surnames of the winners and their counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request the winners list and location by emailing [email protected] and requesting ‘Everyone Active Zoggs bundle winners.’ We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
General:
- It is the responsibility of entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when booking swimming lessons or when registering for an Everyone Active card. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects their prize draw entries.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation in the promotion.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion and/or the use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
- Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
