The Ride by Keiser offers high quality indoor cycling classes just like you’d find in one of our group cycling studios.
The inspiring and engaging workouts range in intensity and duration and come in three formats: Rhythm, Rush and Race. Choose from over 30 classes delivered by world class trainers who will guide and support you on your cycling journey.
Choose a format to suit your preference:
Ride Rhythm is perfect for the rider who loves to connect with the beat of the music. In these classes, motivation takes the lead as you lift, move and groove to the beat of the drum and the pace of the ride. Get lost in this rhythm-ride and be inspired to push yourself to the limit.
Ride Race builds power and strength with a focus on training in your correct intensity zones. This class is ideal for the indoor and outdoor cycling enthusiast who wants to achieve more.
Ride Rush is a challenging 30-minute HIIT workout. Experience the rush of an empowering and energising class and enjoy the well-documented post-workout benefits of interval training.
If you’re a fan of indoor cycling, Keiser Ride makes it easy to get a full studio experience at home and at a time to suit you.
Need a plan to get you started or an extra push to get you back on track? Try ‘Ride Challenge’, this five ride programme is the trainer’s pick of workouts to get you re-invigorated and exercising with purpose. It incorporates two Rhythm sessions, two Rush sessions and a Race wrap up ride.
Keiser Ride works with any indoor bike. If you don’t have a bike at home, you can use the bikes in our gyms or studios instead.
