Disneyland® Paris Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The following terms apply for the ‘Win a trip to Disneyland® Paris Prize Draw

  1. Prize draw is open to England, Scotland and Wales residents aged 18 plus only. Employees of Everyone Active (the ‘Promoter’) and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.
  2. The promotion runs from 00:00 01/10/2024 to 23:59 31/12/2024. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
  3. Internet access required. No purchase necessary.
  4. To enter prize draw, visit everyoneactive.com/disneylandparis and scroll down to reach the entry form during the promotional period. Full name, valid email address and phone number will need to be supplied to enter.
  5. Maximum one entry per person during the promotional period.
  6. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  8. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  9. There is one trip to Disneyland® Paris available to be won for the winner and up to three guests of any age. The prize includes:
    – Return transport to Disneyland® Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras International OR by an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport within Great Britain to Paris Charles De Gaulle winner and accompanying guests. The winner will be asked to provide 3 airports from which to travel and the Promoter shall endeavour to accommodate one of these choices.
    – Return transfers between Charles De Gaulle airport or Gare du Nord station and Disneyland® Paris for the winner and accompanying guests.
    – Two nights’ accommodation sharing one standard room with 2 double beds for the winner and three accompanying guests, including continental breakfast. Accommodation will be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and based on availability, excluding Disneyland® Paris hotel.
    – Three-day Park Hopper ticket for winner and accompanying guests valid for entry into Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios Park
    – Half board plus meal vouchers to cover lunch and dinner for four people for the duration of the three-day trip.
  10. The winner and their guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize and include UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.
  11. The prize is for the winner and up to three guests of the winner’s choosing. If the winner wishes to add additional guests to their prize, the winner will be liable for the full costs arising from this additional separate booking.
  12. Travel insurance is not included. It is the winner and their guests’ responsibility to take out adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the prize trip. Disney nor Everyone Active will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred through the winner’s failure to take out adequate insurance.
  13. The winner will be drawn by an independent adjudicator within 7 days of the closing date from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date by both telephone and email. If the winner does not claim including providing their home address and proof of ID within 14 days of being first contacted, reject their prize or are ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn. The process will repeat for three months after which the prize will be null and void if unclaimed. The winner will be contacted by Broccoli Marketing within 7 days of valid claim and the completion of any verification process to begin the fulfilment process for their prize. The winner’s details will then be passed to Disney who will contact them by phone and/or email within 7 days to confirm the final booking of their prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/SPAM to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  14. The holiday must be taken between 1 March 2025 and 1 March 2026. The booking form provided to the winner upon valid claim of the prize must be received back a minimum of 60 days prior to the required travel dates.
  15. The winner and all their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.
  16. The winner and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid -19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.
  17. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney or Everyone Active.
  18. The prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
  19. Disney reserve the right to substitute the prize or elements of the prize for a similar prize of equal or greater value at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of Disneyland Paris or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
  20. There is no alternative prize and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
  21. If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
  22. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.
  23. By participating in the Promotion, the winner and their guests agree that they will be subject to Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions save for the sections relating to the fees of booking. Full Terms and Conditions can be found here.
  24. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. No responsibility can be taken for entries where telephone and/or email details have been provided incorrectly and there is no other possible method of contact with a winner.
    – The winner will be asked if they are willing to take part in publicity in the form of photographs and interviews with local media and Everyone Active. The winner may be asked to take part in an interview or have their photo or a video taken both before and after their trip. These photos and footage will be used on Everyone Active’s social media channels, marketing materials and external media. The winner’s image may also be used in future marketing campaigns for Everyone Active. A full filming and photographic consent form will be provided to the winner advising what is required of them at the time of being awarded their prize if they consent to publicity.
  25. The Promoter will make available the name of the winner and their county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request the winner’s name and location by emailing [email protected] and requesting ‘Disneyland® Paris winner.’ We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
  26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to, asking for proof of address and identity details including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and to disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by fraudulent means.
  27. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  28. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  29. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  30. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
  31. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  32. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  33. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
  34. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We may share your personal data with our partners Broccoli Marketing (https://www.broccolimarketing.com/privacy-policy/) to help us run the promotion and provide the prize. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
