In 2011, the national Touch Rugby team I was playing for was sponsored by a well-known sports bra brand. Although the sports bras were relatively functional, they were wholly unattractive. This was evident during one hot summer’s day when I was too embarrassed to take my top off and wear the bra alone because, quite frankly, it was ugly. From there on, I conducted intensive research amongst female athletes and found there was, and still is, an incessant need for qualitative sports undergarments to do three things. The first is that they are reliably functional. The second is that they are inherently comfortable. The third, they are aesthetically pleasing to all. In the relentless pursuit of perfection, I set about passionately creating something that pushes the boundaries of science and technology, with a desire to incorporate the most innovative of fabrics available.
