Sporting FUNdamentals

Our Sporting FUNdamentals after school programme aims to teach children aged five to 11 years old the fundamental skills of movement.

Variety of activities

This 12-week course consists of different sporting activities including tri-golf, indoor curling, badminton, basketball, athletics and tennis. This is delivered together with a weekly workshop on healthy eating. Children learn important life skills, alongside improving their physical fitness, health and well-being.

Well connected

We have strong and established links with Local Authorities, education and health establishments. We use these links to ensure the best possible delivery of our Sporting FUNdamentals courses.

Each school that takes part is assigned a team of coaches and a programme manager to co-ordinate the programme on its behalf, and also receives a ‘toolbox’ containing posters, guides for parents, enrolment forms and an operational manual meeting Ofsted requirements.
