Rugby is a full-contact team sport that, if played regularly, will develop your core stability and improve your cardiovascular ability.

There are two types of rugby you can play – league and union. If you are interested in trying rugby union, visit www.rfu.com for more information on the sport. If you would prefer to try rugby league, visit www.therfl.co.uk.

There are many different ways of playing the sport, ranging from 15-a-side union and 13-a-side league games to rugby sevens, rugby tens, tag rugby and touch rugby.
