1. Play Casually
Casual Badminton is one of our most popular activities. You can either book in advance or just turn up and enjoy a game with a partner or a group of friends. It’s tons of fun, a really good whole-body workout and you don’t need any special equipment. Just turn up with a pair of trainers and we can provide the rest (although feel free to bring along your own racquet and shuttle cocks if you prefer).
2. No Strings Badminton
This session is perfect for adults (16+) who want to play badminton socially. Our friendly session co-ordinators will engage with you. They will ensure you are supported to be active and having fun throughout your time on the court. The best part is you don’t need a partner, racket or shuttle to join in; you can just turn up and play.
3. Racket Pack
Racket Pack badminton has been designed specifically to entice 5-11 year-olds into the sport. It promises to give a quality introduction to the sport, in a fun and friendly environment. This will help make them lifelong lovers of the game, as well as helping children get more active. It will also improve their fitness, stamina, teamwork, co-ordination and confidence
4. Essentials Badminton
A six to eight week course led by a level two-qualified badminton coach. Ideal for beginners or those who want to improve their game, this course will teach you the basic rules and techniques. It will also equip you with the skills to play badminton at any level.
All our leisure centres that have a sports hall are likely to offer badminton, as halls are pre-marked with courts laid out. To hire a court, you can either book via the mobile app, online, or in centre.
