Here at Everyone Active, we believe in giving everyone – especially young adults – the opportunity to choose where, when and how they keep active. We do this via our Active Young Adults programme that targets teenagers and young adults, encouraging them to become more active.
Available to all
Our centres – which are situated all across the country – offer a wide range of activities that have been specifically designed to help keep teenagers and young adults active, healthy and, above all, happy.
They’re fun, help with socialising outside of school and can also improve confidence and discipline. The courses and activities that we recommend to teenagers and young adults include:
