Welcome to Symbio, our new health plan designed to enhance your overall health and wellbeing! All colleagues employed on a permanent basis will have free access to the Symbio app. Symbio is the colleague-facing version of Health Hero, from which our YOU+ Ultimate members already benefit. It’s a comprehensive health plan that offers a wide range of services to support your physical and mental health.
With your Symbio plan, you can enjoy the following benefits for FREE:
Remote GP Service
Phone and video appointments with a remote GP, prescriptions delivered to your home or nearest pharmacy, fit notes and open referrals
Remote Physiotherapy
Access to qualified physiotherapists for video appointments, assessments and bespoke exercise plans. It also includes an onward pathway to A&E if any serious problems are identified.
Colleague Assistance Programme and Counselling
A fully confidential service which provides quick access to remote structured mental health counselling, in addition to financial and legal signposting to specialists.
Self-Guided Programmes
Complete self-guided exercises for your mental and physical health to improve your wellbeing. Speak to the chatbot to be guided to the right exercises for you.
Content Library
Text, audio and video content for you to utilise to benefit your mental and physical health. Topics include work-life balance, mindfulness, men’s health, financial wellbeing, sleep, breathwork, meditation, nutrition, menopause, diabetes, heart health and so much more!
Partner and Family Access
Your partner and children/dependants (under 24 years) living at the same address have the same benefits you do by attaching them to your account.

How Do I Get started?
Follow the instructions below to get started on your Symbio journey!
Current, Permanent Colleagues
You will receive an email from Symbio – [email protected] over the next few weeks which will go to your Itrent email address that you receive correspondence to from Everyone Active. Please be aware this may go to your spam folder.
New colleagues and colleagues with permanent contracted hours for the first time
Within the first month you will receive an email from Symbio [email protected] over the next few weeks which will go to your Itrent email address that you receive correspondence to from Everyone Active. Please be aware this may go to your Spam folder.
Everyone
Simply follow the instructions on the email to start your journey and add your partner and dependants. Your family access will be provided once you have registered.
