About this Centre
Wickford Swim and Fitness Centre has a great range of activities available for you to enjoy. Our gym features a fantastic range of equipment to help you reach your fitness goals, while our pool is where we host our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a host of other aquatic activities. We also host a great range of group fitness classes, including group cycling sessions. You can also choose to host your child’s birthday party here for all the fun, without the fuss.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service.

Gym
Our 65-station gym features the latest Precor cardio and resistance equipment, along with a free-weight section to meet all your fitness needs. On hand to help are our team of knowledgeable, friendly fitness instructors to help you achieve your goals.
Group Fitness Studio
Offering over 40 classes a week with top quality instructors, the available sessions include Zumba, Bodycombat, Pilates, Bodybalance and Group Cycling. These studios feature sprung floors, air conditioning and great sound systems to help keep you motivated.
Swimming Pool
The 25m, four-lane swimming pool is ideal for all swimmers. Enjoy swimming sessions that are sure to suit you, including lane swimming and casual swim sessions or take advantage of our award winning swimming lesson programme for all abilities.
Group Cycling Studio
Our large dedicated studio offers group cycling and virtual RPM classes with our expert trainers who provide an amazing atmosphere. There is no better place to cycle and keep fit, as well as getting to know new people.
