About this Centre
The Dunstable Centre is one of the outstanding community sports and cultural centres in the surrounding area. The centre boasts a great range of facilities to benefit the community in a number of ways. There are two pools – a 25-metre, six lane main pool and a smaller teaching pool. There’s also a large, well-equipped gym, three group exercise studios, a sports hall and two squash courts.
Away from the sporting facilities, the centre also boasts a café and a library.

Here at The Dunstable Centre, we’ve got two swimming pools - a 25-metre, six lane main pool and a smaller teaching pool as well. The larger of these is where we host the majority of our swim sessions, including our award-winning swimming lessons, lane swimming, family fun swimming and much more. The teaching pool is designed for young children getting used to the water.
Gym
Howsoever you choose to work out – whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional or free weight work outs – you’ll find what you need here at The Dunstable Centre. Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer, or new to exercise, the 100-station gym packed with all the latest equipment is perfect for you.
Group Fitness Studio
Our three group fitness studios provide the home for a fabulous array of classes. Whether you’re looking for something fairly intense such as a Les Mills BODYPUMP class, or something more relaxed such as Yoga or Pilates, we’ve got something for everyone.
Sports Hall
Our large and versatile sports hall is where you can enjoy a huge range of sports and activities. These include football, table tennis, badminton, netball, volleyball, basketball and a variety of others. It’s also where we host some of our birthday parties.
Squash Courts
Here at The Dunstable Centre, we have two squash courts, which are perfect for enjoying a game of this fast-paced racquet sport.
