With our state-of-the-art gym that’s packed with all the latest equipment, alongside our swimming pool that plays host to a number of aquatic activities, including our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as Wet and Wild kid’s swimming parties, you’ll be able to enjoy a range of different activities to suit your exercise regime. Furthermore, we also offer a wide variety of group exercise classes to suit every taste.

Stradbroke’s 33-station gym has a good mixture of cardio, resistance and free weight, as well as a great cardio theatre and is ideal for all ages and abilities. Our workout cards help give you some structure, while our personal trainers are on hand to give guidance and extra support.
Group Fitness Studio
We offer a huge range of group fitness classes throughout the week utilising local venues to run the classes. Classes such as Zumba, Aquaerobics, Circuits, Metafit, Pilates are all available. These classes are available to members who are 16 and over.
Swimming Pool
If you’re looking for swimming lessons for yourself or a child then look no further, with lessons available for those four months and older held in our 20m pool.
Everyone On Demand
WELLNESS, WHENEVER, WHEREVER with Everyone On Demand. Access to our hand-picked fitness and wellness partners. This gives you the freedom to participate in your favourite classes but also try some new ones as well.
