Spring’s Leisure Centre boasts a spacious and well-equipped 37-station gym that boasts all the very latest fitness equipment. Whether you prefer a cardio workout, functional exercises, taking on the resistance machines, boosting strength in the free weights area or a combination of all four. Whatever your fitness goals, we’ve got what you need to take your regime to the next level.
Swimming Pool
Here at Springs Leisure Centre, our 20m swimming pool plays host to a huge range of aquatic sessions. From aqua aerobics to award-winning swimming lessons and everything in-between. It all happens here!
Sports Hall
The four-court sports hall is spacious and versatile, offering a wide range of sports and activities for you to enjoy. These include badminton, basketball, football and a host of others.
Group Fitness Studio
We’ve got a dedicated group exercise studio that offers a packed programme of classes designed to suit everyone regardless of age or fitness level. These include a suite of ever-popular Les Mills sessions, as well as bespoke Everyone Active-developed classes designed for those who want something intense, as well as those who want a more relaxing, chilled-out session.

If you are not ready for a membership, or do not use our centre on a regular basis then a “pay as you go” access may be better for you.
