Playing tennis competitively can be a fun way to test your skills on the court. There are a number of competitive opportunities at Silksworth Community Pool, Tennis and Wellness Centre. Matchplay events have been organised at Mini Red, Mini Orange, Mini Green and at Full Ball throughout the year to provide players with valuable matchplay experience.
Before you can compete in tennis competitions run by British Tennis you will need to sign up for British Tennis Membership (BTM) and be allocated a rating. Only those players with a BTM number and rating can compete in competitions run by British Tennis.
To get the most out of competition you should try and play against players of a similar standard and our events are designed in a way where players of the same rating play together wherever possible.
