Saltburn Leisure Centre offers a variety of ways to help keep you healthy and active. You can take advantage of our well-equipped, state-of-the-art gym, which is the perfect place to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our 66-station gym has a mixture of cardio and resistance equipment to meet all your needs and on hand to help is our staff, who are happy to assist however they can. We also offer Personal Training sessions, which are closely tailored to your needs.
Group Fitness Studio
The group fitness class programme is designed to suit all ages and abilities and offers a variety of classes, including yoga, Zumba, Bodycombat and Kettlebells. We also offer a wide variety of group cycling sessions, which are sure to suit you, regardless of your fitness experience.
Swimming Pool
The two swimming pools offer our award-winning child and adult lessons for all abilities. We have a variety of other water based activities including Aqua Fit, casual swim sessions, Rookie Lifeguard teaching sessions and even one-to-one swimming lessons.
Sports Hall
6 court sports hall offering a wide range of activities including badminton, indoor 5 aside football, netball, basketball and much more.
