From our 100-station gym that's packed with the latest equipment, to our renovated group exercise and group fitness studios, there's sure to be something for everyone. Our large, spacious, 100-station gym has everything you could need within it, regardless of your workout preferences. From cardio gear to get you lungs working to a great range of free weights and everything in-between; whatever your workout, you can find it right here.
Group Fitness Studio
We host a huge range of group exercise classes in our new, dedicated, studio. Whether you’re after a lung-busting cardio workout, or something a little more relaxing, we’re sure to have a class suited to you.
Swimming Pool
Our 25m swimming pool plays host to our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as swim for fitness lane swimming session and family fun sessions so you can just come and enjoy the water.
Group Cycling Studio
Our large, recently-renovated, dedicated group cycling studio offers classes with our expert trainers who provide an amazing atmosphere. There is no better place to cycle and keep fit, as well as getting to know new people.
Sports Hall
