About this Centre
Put simply, this is an iconic London 2012 venue - packed to the rafters with some of the very best fitness and activity facilities available in the world. It's not often you'll have the opportunity to swim in the same pool in which sporting dreams were realised.
Alongside the iconic main pool, there's also a 50m training pool, as well as both dry and wet diving facilities. It's not just about swimming, either, with a dedicated group exercise studio, a state-of-the-art gym. Away from activity, there's a café serving delicious and nutritious food and drink.

London Aquatics Centre Facilities
Competition Pool
The marquee facility here at The London Aquatics Centre, the Competition Pool can be used for long (50m) or short-course (25m) swimming. The pool features 10 lanes, loads of seating for spectators and is perfect for lane swimmers, leisure swimmers and those there just just to enjoy the water, as well as the galas and competitions we'll be hosting.
Training Pool
The eight-lane, 50m training pool can be divided into two 25m pools and is ideal for our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as recreational swimming sessions with friends and family. This pool is ideal for everyone, thanks to its adjustable floor.
Diving Pool
Whether you're an experienced diver, or just starting out, our diving pool has everything you need. With boards and platforms from 1m to 10m, it's ideal for practicing and enjoying this sport at every level.
Gym
The London Aquatics Centre's state-of-the-art gym boasts a huge range of first class equipment that's ideal for every gym goer. Whether you prefer lifting weights in the free weights area, building your cardio stamina, working the resistance machines, enjoying a functional workout, or a combination of all four, you're sure to take a step closer to your goals after a session with us.
Group Fitness Studio
Our dedicated group fitness studio plays host to a huge range of sessions, with something for everyone. From more relaxed options such as Yoga, Pilates or Les Mills BODYBALANCE to more intense classes such as Les Mills BODYATTACK and fun classes such as Zumba. There really is something for everyone.

Hire the former Olympic and Paralympic swimming pool for swimming clubs, filming, photography, product launches, brand activations, fashion shoots. Other spaces available within the venue include the timing suite, multipurpose studio, meeting room, upper concourses and more.
