About this Centre
Whatever your activity requirements, we've got everything you could need to enjoy your exercise routine. Whether that's working out in the gym, swimming, enjoying any one of our variety of group fitness classes, then Hemel Hempstead Leisure Centre's the place for you. Alongside all this, you can also enjoy a game of squash, play football on our outdoor pitch or relax and refuel in our cafe.
You can also enjoy free parking for up to two hours whilst using the centre. If your visit is expected to be longer than two hours you can extend your time to four hours by scanning one of the self-service parking QR codes around the building. No smart phone? No worries, you can also register at reception but please allow some additional time to do so.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service.

FORTIS is a fantastic new HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that’s perfect for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The FORTIS workout involves you working out at 90% of your maximum heart rate at short, sharp intervals, with brief rests in-between. No muscle soreness at all – HIIT without the hurt!
