About this Centre
Here at Hamble Sports Complex, you’ll find everything to satisfy your sports and leisure needs. Whether you’re a swimmer, a gym-goer, someone who enjoys group fitness classes or a variety of other sports, Hamble is the place for you. We host our award-winning swim lessons, as well as casual and fitness sessions for more confident swimmers in our 20m pool, while the spacious gym is packed with state-of-the-art equipment to help you reach your fitness targets. We also boast a sports hall where you can enjoy badminton, basketball and a number of other sports, while outside there are floodlit Astroturf football pitches and grass pitches.
Please note that our car park is ANPR monitored. Permits can be obtained at reception.

Group Fitness Studio
We’ve got a huge range of group fitness classes for you to enjoy as well. Whether you want to lose weight, get fitter, tone up, chill out or build muscle, there’s something for everyone. All these classes are fantastic fun, with extra motivation coming from our expert instructors, as well as the other participants around you.
Swimming Pool
Regardless of if you’re learning to swim, swimming for fitness or a swimming for fun, we can accommodate you here at Hamble. The 20m pool plays host to daily award-winning swim lessons – for babies, children and adults alike – that run 50 weeks of the year. 
Sports Hall
Our sports hall plays host to a great variety of different sports. Whether you want to play badminton, have a game of football with your friends or play basketball, there’s something for just about everyone.
Personal Training

If you are not ready for a membership, or do not use our centre on a regular basis then a “pay as you go” access may be better for you. Anyone can use our centre on a casual basis, all you need to do is register for an Everyone Active card.
