Everyone Active are working in partnership with Hampshire FA to provide a football programme that welcomes those with any disability who want to get active, have fun and meet new people. Football is a great way to improve physical, and mental health and wellbeing.

Everyone Active are working in partnership with Winchester Go LD to deliver a low level circuits class. The class is designed to support individuals with a disability. The session is lead by friendly instructors who will alter each station to suit the individuals ability.
Low Level Circuits take place every Saturday with a break over summer.

This session is for all ages who are looking to build their water confidence.
The session is suitable for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Thursday lunch time session 12:00 – 12:55pm takes place in the learner pool with gradual steps.
Friday evening session 7:00 – 7:55pm takes place in the shallow end of the main pool with the option of lane swimming or public swimming.
