    Coral Reef Online booking Terms and Conditions

    • Online bookings for both swimming and the Coral Spa can be made up to four weeks in advance.
    • All sessions are bookable online.
    • Please follow the online booking desk signage (to the left of the main queue).
    • Please present either a copy (printed or electronic) of your booking confirmation and present it to reception on arrival. Here, you will be issued your pool bands at the start of your session.
    • No refunds or transfers will be given.

    FACILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    • Please be aware that all children under the age of eight must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, with at least one adult for every two children.
    • It is the parents/guardians responsibility to provide arm bands or flotation devices for any child who requires these aids.
    • Pool supervision rules apply.
    • Please allow time to park and pay and display prior to your booked swimming session.
    • Swim sessions at Coral Reef Waterworld are for a guaranteed 90 minutes, beginning from the stated start time of your booked session, including changing time.
    • Admission to the changing village is not permitted until the start of booked swim session
    • Customers that have booked into the Coral Spa will need to have ID (driving license, passport, Pass accredited ID) as proof that they are over 18 years old.
    • Your band colour will be called out via the pool announcement system to signify the end of your session. Customers should leave the pools swiftly at the end of their swim session.
    • All normal pool rules apply, these can be found on our website.
    • Lockers operate using the new design of £1 coin and is returnable.
    • If, for reasons beyond our control, your session is cancelled, we will endeavour to contact you prior to your arrival at Coral Reef Waterworld and your session will be rescheduled.
    • If you have not adhered to the Admissions Policy and the supervision ratio, you will not be allowed entrance into the pool.

    PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    • The car park at Coral Reef Waterworld is operated on a pay & display basis with car park enforcement rules apply. Failure to do so may result in a penalty charge.
    • It can be very busy at weekend, school holidays and bank holidays so please arrive with sufficient time to park safely, we advise arriving 15/30 minutes prior to your session as late arrival will mean reduced time in the pools.
    • Car parking charges and enforcement in operation in our car park. Visitors of Coral Reef will need to provide our front of house team their vehicle registration details upon arrival at reception for a virtual parking permit, which will cover 5hours of parking free of charge with no need to pay and display. No refunds will be offered to customers who continue to pay and display.
    • Blue badge holders are exempt from the parking restrictions provided your badge is clearly displayed.

    • The Cannon (Fast Slide)

      • Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride
      • Only open to those aged eight and over
    • Aqua Splash (Family Slide)
      • Body Slide
      • Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
      • Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over
    • Storm Chaser (Medium Slide)
      • Raft Slide
      • Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
      • Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in a double raft
    • Poseidon’s Peril (Space Crater)
      • Raft Slide
      • Must be at least 1.2m tall to ride
      • Only open to those aged eight and over
    • Maelstrom
      • Raft Slide
      • Single riders must be 1.2m tall (or over)
      • Children under this height can ride accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in a double raft

    VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    To redeem gift vouchers

    1. Buy your Coral Reef Waterworld Gift Vouchers now and use them to book your tickets later!
    2. Gift voucher for use of Pools and Coral Spa (includes use of Giant Waterslides during Family fun with Flumes sessions)
    3. Valid for 6 months from Purchase, gift voucher code can be used more than once until full value has been redeemed.
    4. When purchasing multiple gift vouchers for different people, please do so in seperate transactions, otherwise the different vouchers will show on the same confirmation email.
    5. Gift vouchers are for online redemption only and cannot be transferred or refunded. Vouchers can only be redeemed against a swim admission only (swim 4 everyone or family fun with flumes sessions) and cannot be redeemed against retail or food/beverage items. Voucher cannot be resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Redemption of this gift voucher is for online ticket prices at time of booking (these are subject to change from April 1st 2019)
    6. You can check session times and availability online by looking at our booking pages for the selected event to book onto the relevant day.
    7. Coral Reef/Everyone Active reserves the right to cancel vouchers at any time.
    8. All voucher users are bound by all terms and conditions of Coral Reef and Everyone Active.
