Introduction to Bouldering

Get to grips with bouldering at our Intro to Bouldering session. Our coach will take you through the fundamentals of bouldering – from kitting up and wall etiquette to warming up and technique. You’ll even be able to stay and practice following the session.

Please note the sessions are open to everyone aged 18 and over.

Casual Adult Bouldering

Over 18s are able to come along and complete a simple bouldering induction in order to book into our casual bouldering sessions. While no previous bouldering experience is necessary for you to boulder for yourself, in order for an adult to supervise up to a maximum of two juniors you must have prior bouldering experience and be able to answer some safety questions as part of your induction. Once your bouldering induction is complete, you’ll be able to book your boulder sessions in advance online, via the app or at reception. Advance booking is recommended to ensure your space as capacity is restricted.
