How to book a class
The below is designed to offer guidance on how to book an activity session via our new booking system.
App
- Download the Everyone Active App
- Select your home centre. This can be done by selecting the three lines at the top left-hand side of the screen. Select “My Clubs” and click the “+” in the top right-hand corner to search for the required centre and then select
- Click the “Fitness Classes” menu icon
- Click the icon “Class Timetable & Booking”
- Classes with a grey box next to it indicate there are spaces available, the number in this box shows how many spaces are left
- Classes with a red box next to it indicate there are no spaces available, the number in this box shows how many people are on the waiting list
- Click the class which you wish to be booked on to or added to the waiting list for
- When the option to book is selected, you will be prompted to login if you haven’t already done so
- If you do not know your login credentials, please select “forgotten my password”
- Review your booking details and tap the green “BOOK” button to confirm your reservation or to be added to the waiting list
- If a space comes available whilst you are on the waiting list, you will receive a notification and email to alert you
- Please be aware, you may be charged for this booking if it is not included within your membership entitlement
Website
- Click on the “Login” icon, which is in the top right-hand corner of the web page
- Your login credentials will need to be entered into the email and password fields
- Once logged in, you will need to complete your online profile, including watching the gym induction. Please note, you will not be asked to do this if you have completed it already
- You will then be required to go to the “Book/Pay” icon, located at the top of the web page
- Classes marked green indicate there are spaces available
- Classes marked purple indicate there are no spaces available
- Once selected, a list will appear with the classes you can book
- Select the class you wish to book or be added to the waiting list for
- Select ‘Book’ or ‘Add to waiting list’.
- If a space comes available whilst you are on the waiting list, you will receive an email to alert you
- Please note, you may be charged for this booking if it’s not included within their membership entitlement
How to book a gym session
The below is designed to offer guidance on how to book a gym session via our new booking system.

- Click the icon “Gym Visit”
- Choose the time in which you wish to book your session for
- When the option to book is selected, you will be prompted to login if you haven’t already done so

- Please be aware, you may be charged for this booking if it is not included within your membership entitlement

How to book a swim session

- Click the icon “Swimming Timetable & Booking”
- Choose the time and lane speed in which you wish to book your session for
- When the option to book is selected, you will be prompted to login if you haven’t already done so
- If you do not know your login credentials, please select “forgotten my password”
- Review your booking details and tap the green “BOOK” button to confirm your reservation
- Please be aware, you may be charged for this booking if it is not included within your membership entitlement

How to book a court/pitch
The below is designed to offer guidance on how to book an activity session via our new booking system.
App
- Download the Everyone Active App
- Select your home centre. This can be done by selecting the three lines at the top left-hand side of the screen. Select “My Clubs” and click the “+“ in the top right-hand corner to search for the required centre and then select
- Click the “Courts & Pitches” menu icon
- Click the activity you wish to book icon (e.g. Badminton, Tennis)
- If an option:
- select which activity group and/or court required
- Choose day (sliding left to right) and time slot you wish to book
- Green block times are available to book
- Grey block times are already booked
- When selected the slot you can add to calendar or save as favourite for easier booking next time.
- Select “Book” to confirm the booking, then confirm the booking.
- When the option to book is selected, you will be prompted to login if you haven’t already done so
- If you do not know your login credentials, please select “forgotten my password”
- Review your booking details and tap the green “BOOK” button to confirm your reservation
- Please be aware, you may be charged for this booking if it is not included within your membership entitlement

- Click the “Activites” menu icon
- Click the activity you wish to book icon (e.g. Adult Activities, Under 5’s Activities)
- Choose the activity and time which you wish to book
- When the option to book is selected, you will be prompted to login if you haven’t already done so
- If you do not know your login credentials, please select “forgotten my password”
- Review your booking details and tap the green “BOOK” button to confirm your reservation
- Please be aware, you may be charged for this booking if it is not included within your membership entitlement

Viewing your bookings
You can view your current and historic bookings by either logging into your profile on the website or using the Everyone Active app.
App
- You will need to be logged in to the App
- Select the “My Profile Area” menu icon
- Select “Bookings & Favourites” and you will be presented with any upcoming bookings
Website
- Login to your Profile.
- Once logged in, you will be required to select the “Book/Pay” icon
- Within the online bookings section there is a tab named “Manage bookings”, this will list all upcoming bookings you have
- This should show you a list of your bookings
How to cancel your booking
App
- Select the “My Profile Area” menu icon
- You will be able to cancel your booking via the “Bookings & Favourites” icon on this menu
- If you have paid for this activity, you will be unable to do cancel the booking yourself and this will need to be actioned by colleagues at your centre
You can only cancel bookings made online if it’s of zero value.
Website
- You will be able to cancel a gym booking via the website once you login to your member profile
- Once logged in, select “Book/Pay”
- Find the booking you wish to cancel
- Next to booking, select the “Bin” Icon.
