Leisure Management

We are totally committed to delivering and sustaining high quality service to our customers. Our aim is to ensure that our customers can enjoy their leisure experience in all of our facilities. We place heavy focus on continuous improvement and ensuring that our centres operate to high standards of service and safety in accordance with Quest best practice and legislation. Our quality management system The Everyone Active Management System (TEAMS) is implemented across all of our facilities, thus ensuring consistency of service delivery and standards. Our quality management system has been developed in order to meet our customer service charter which is to:

  • Provide safe, secure, clean, well maintained facilities that are accessible and inclusive for all;
  • Offer a warm and friendly welcome every time;
  • Deliver a customer experience that generates customer compliments;
  • Listen, value and respond to all comments made by customers;
  • Promote 30 minutes of activity 5 times per week by providing a wide range of quality activities and everyone active online;
  • Provide dedicated, qualified, well trained colleagues to support customers and make their visits enjoyable.

The Company consists of four distinct organisations:

  • SLM Fitness & Health Limited
  • SLM Food & Beverage Limited

This structure enables our services to be delivered flexibly and effectively to meet the varying needs of local authorities.
