We specialise in the development and management of over 230 leisure and cultural facilities across the country, work either with, or as agent of, more than 65 local authorities, of which more than 130 have swimming facilities. It’s in these pools that we hold our award-winning swim lessons – and that’s where you come in.
If you are interested in applying for a swim teacher role at an Everyone Active centre, please forward your CV along with details of the centre(s) you would like to be considered for to [email protected]
We’re on the lookout for both qualified swimming teachers who can start teaching immediately, as well as those looking to get into the profession as trainees. We’ve got opportunities at sites up and down the country. You’ll find all our swimming teacher vacancies advertised on the Everyone Active pages at Leisure Opportunities, Indeed and Glassdoor.
All colleagues get access to a fantastic benefits package, including free membership to all of our centres across the country for you and a partner or child, 25% off swimming lessons, sports coaching sessions and Junior Adventures Group school holiday camps for your children.
To join us as a qualified swim teacher, you’ll need to have at least a Level 2 SEQ (or equivalent) qualification and have an up-to-date DBS check. Most of all, however, you’ll need to be passionate about helping people – regardless of age – learn this vital and fun life skill.
Many of our centres are also on the lookout for trainee swim teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn-while-while-you-learn as you don’t need any specific qualifications to get started, just the right attitude! All training will be provided while you’re on the job and once you’re qualified, you have the prospect of a whole new career in front of you.
