Duty Manager Opportunities

At centres up and down the country, we’re on the lookout for dedicated, experienced leisure professionals to help manage both the facilities and the various teams at that centre. You’ll be responsible for supporting health and safety, driving customer service excellence and supporting the team in all aspects of their work. What do you Need to Succeed?

As well as a can-do attitude, to succeed in this role, you’ll need a whole range of skills and experience. We’re looking for people with supervisory experience in the leisure industry, the ability to lead and motivate a team according to our company values and focus on customer service. You’ll also need to have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills, be able to get the best out of your team, have a track record of cost control and income generation, as well as superb time management and deadline compliance.

We don’t expect you to be the finished article when you arrive, however. There are always opportunities to train and up skill yourself in order to give you every chance to progress through the company. The Duty Manager role is the first step towards a full managerial position within Everyone Active and we’ll offer some fantastic training and qualification opportunities to help you on your way.

As well as the on-the-job experience you’ll gain every day, we’ll also provide training via the L3 Leisure Duty Manager Qualification and, if you wish, you can go on to try for the L5 Operations Department Manager Qualification too.
