Full Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Free 6-month Kids Pass membership promotion.

1. Open to residents of mainland GB (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18+ only. Employees of Everyone Active (the ‘Promoter’) and Digital Rewards Group and their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may only enter if they or their children are enrolled on and paying for Everyone Active swimming lessons or sports courses run by Everyone Active only or have held a children’s party during the promotional period.
2. Everyone Active card required to join swimming lessons or sports courses. To register for an Everyone Active card, visit your local Everyone Active centre and provide full name, address, phone number and email address. Everyone Active card not required to hold a children’s party.

6. Kids Pass requires app download and registration.
7. Promotion period from 09.00 on 1 April 2024 – 23.59 on 31 March 2025. All membership codes must be redeemed by 23:59 31 May 2025. Any claims received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
8. Everyone Active cardholders joining swimming lessons or a sports course run by Everyone Active only on Direct Debit or paying in full in advance for lessons or a sports course during the promotional period will be automatically sent a unique code via email, to the valid email address provided within 7 days of joining and the completion of any verification process. This code will entitle each person enrolled on swimming lessons or a sports course to a free 6-Month Kids Pass membership starting from date of activation at https://www.kidspass.co.uk/. Opt-out available by emailing [email protected]
9. Everyone Active members continuing their Direct Debit for swimming lessons or a sports course from 1 April 2024 will be automatically awarded a unique code to redeem for a further 6-month kids pass subscription. This will be sent by email before 14 April 2024.
10. Participants holding a children’s party during the promotional period are not required to hold an Everyone Active card. Unique codes will be sent up to 7 days after the party has been paid in full, has taken place and after the completion of any verification process via the valid email address provided during the booking process.
11. Customers who are already Kids Pass members as of 00 on 1 April 2024 will have an additional 6-month membership added to their existing expiry date. It will not be possible to cancel an existing membership and simply replace it with this free offer. Existing customers should send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with their Everyone Active account along with their unique code to add the additional 6-months onto their membership by 23:59 on 23.05.25.
12. Unique codes will only be issued to Everyone Active members aged over 18. For the avoidance of doubt, lessons or courses booked or parties paid for by any person under 18 will not receive a code.
13. No alternative offer will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar offer of equal or greater value. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
14. If you haven’t received your unique code within the timings outlined above, it may be because the email address we hold for you is incorrect or not able to receive emails from our system. If this is the case, claimants are encouraged to check their junk/spam folder. If the unique code cannot be obtained, please visit your local centre and speak to reception or contact us through the enquiries page at everyoneactive.com/enquiries/ within 28 days of the date of booking or of holding a party and select ‘swimming’, then ‘administration’. You may need to provide an alternative email address in order to receive your unique code.
15. Only one 6-month Kids Pass membership per person enrolled on or continuing Everyone Active swimming lessons or continuing an Everyone Active sports course or purchasing an Everyone Active children’s party during the promotional period. Customers re-enrolling during the promotional period will not receive a further code. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. Verification may be required including proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent).
16. The offer is only valid against sports courses or parties that are run and managed by Everyone Active. Those booking a sports course or holding a party run by a third party will not be eligible for the free 6-month Kids Pass membership reward.
17. To claim your free 6-month Kids Pass membership during the Promotional Period, you must:
    a) On the email you are sent, copy the code provided to your clipboard and follow the link provided to take you to your phone’s app store to download the Kids Pass app.
    b) Once downloaded, open the Kids Pass app and click ‘Redeem a Code.’ Paste your unique code here and click ‘Verify Code,’ then enter your details (full name, email address, postcode and mobile telephone number and number of children).
    c) Once you have successfully completed the registration process, an activation email will be sent to the email address provided. When the link in the email has been clicked, your membership will be active. You will also receive an additional welcome email confirming your Kids Pass membership. It is your responsibility to check any junk/spam folders in your email account to ensure that you are in receipt of all relevant communications.
18. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
19. Each code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in such claims being declared void.

22. Claimants must be holders of an Everyone Active card and pay for the full period of swimming lessons or sports course in advance or pay by direct debit with no arrears on their account or be continuing their swimming lessons or sports course from 1 April 2024. If holding a party, an Everyone Active card is not required and the code will not be sent until the party has been paid for in full and has taken place.
23. No cash or other alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward of equal or greater value.
24. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to Covid-19 and any associated government restrictions, or industry-wide supply chain issues, any affected Everyone Active members will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or offer.

    General:

25. It is the responsibility of claimants to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming their Kids Pass. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim.
26. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation in the promotion.
27. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
28. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
29. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
30. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any claims or claimants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
32. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless your residential address is in Scotland when Scottish law applies.
33. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to [email protected].  Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion.
