About this Centre
We have a variety of activities for you to enjoy here at the Silksworth Sports Complex and Ski Slope.
Home to the North East’s premiere ski facility with three ski slopes consisting of a 160m floodlit and misted main slope and two dedicated nursery ski slopes. Lessons run by our highly qualified instructors are available for skiers of all abilities.
The centre also boasts a fully-equipped athletics track as well as outdoor artificial football pitches for your to enjoy.

The only ski slope in the North East of England, Silksworth’s 160m main slope and two beginner slopes mean skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities can hone their skills in the off season. Our experienced instructors ensure all the sessions are safe, fun and informative.
