Castle Farm leisure Centre’s 80-station gym is ideal for everyone, regardless of whether you’re a regular gym-goer or are just starting out. Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights workouts – or a combination of all four – you’ll find a gym that’s suited to everyone and packed with all the latest equipment.
Group Fitness Studio
Each week we’ve got a packed timetable of classes in our group exercise studio that’s designed to suit everyone. These range from intense, lung-busting sessions such as Les Mills BODYPUMP to more relaxed classes like Yoga and Pilates. You’re sure to find something to suit you!
Group Cycling Studio
Our large dedicated group cycling studio offers classes with our expert trainers who provide an amazing atmosphere. There is no better place to cycle and keep fit, as well as getting to know new people.
Sports Hall
You can enjoy badminton – as well as a variety of other sports and activities – in our six-court sports hall.
