£1 Joining Fee – Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply for the ‘Join now for £1 joining fee’ offer

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Available at participating centres.
2. Offer is open to UK residents aged 16 or over at participating centres only.
3. The following terms apply for the ‘Join now for £1 joining fee’ offer.
4. Opens 27/12/2024 and closes for applications 31/01/2025.
5. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card at centre or must already have a card already to participate.
6. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary) and pay a pro rata payment for their first month and for the last month of their membership up front. In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20^th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1^st of the following month.
7. New members only (i.e. must not have been a member in the previous 30 days).
8. The Joining fee (otherwise known as the administration fee) during the promotional period is only £1.

10. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
11. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
12. The offer is open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
13. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
14. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
15. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
16. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
